We're proud to partner with Seed Rehab in Kanata to provide physiotherapy and massage therapy for our clients and athletes. With a brand new clinic located just 5 minutes from our facility, and a team of experienced, passionate therapists, Seed Rehab has consistently delivered successful treatment plants to our community.

We are very excited to be the official strength training provider for Ottawa City Soccer Club and it's nearly 800 athletes. We implement year-round team training, training camps, physical fitness testing, on-field running mechanics, and at-home training programs. 

We're excited to be collaborating with Sami Holmes of Hockey University to provide The Experience Camp. This camp provides on-ice skill development lead by Sami Holmes and off-ice strength and conditioning lead by our owner Sam Batchelor to birth years 2011-2018.

Our partnership with the Ottawa Senators Women's hockey organization over the last few seasons has been focus-driven toward linear progression from U15AA to U22AA. Our shared goal with the organization is to prepare each athlete for not only the current season, but for years of performance to come as they age into the next level.
