PROGRAM INFORMATION

NEW PROGRAM SPLIT BEGINNING APRIL 2026:

​Two Age-Divided Programs:

1. Athletes Aged <14
-
2. Athletes Aged 14-18

Maximum group size of 6 per session

All experience levels, sport backgrounds, and sport levels are welcome!

Session layout (1 hour sessions)
-
Warm up ~10 minutes​
-
Stretches, mobility, activations, dynamic movements, stability, hand-eye coordination, cardiovascular activity (skipping, biking, rowing, jogging, etc.)​

Main component ~45 minutes​
-
Variety of exercises​ covering a mix of the following training variables:

Core strength and stability​
-
"Pre-hab" for common areas of injury, weakness, and/or instability (ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, back)
-
Overall strength (upper and lower body)
-
Athletic development (agility, coordination, speed, power)
-
Conditioning (aerobic, anaerobic)

Offered Monday-Saturday, with morning and afternoon/evening options; seasonal changes to reflect school and summer, as well as modified holiday schedules.
