YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

PROGRAM INFORMATION

​OVERVIEW

​

  • NEW PROGRAM SPLIT BEGINNING APRIL 2026:

    • ​Two Age-Divided Programs:

      • 1. Athletes Aged <14

      • 2. Athletes Aged 14-18

  • Maximum group size of 6 per session

  • All experience levels, sport backgrounds, and sport levels are welcome!

  •  
  • Session layout (1 hour sessions)

    • Warm up ~10 minutes​

      • Stretches, mobility, activations, dynamic movements, stability, hand-eye coordination, cardiovascular activity (skipping, biking, rowing, jogging, etc.)​

    • Main component ~45 minutes​

      • Variety of exercises​ covering a mix of the following training variables:

        • Core strength and stability​

        • "Pre-hab" for common areas of injury, weakness, and/or instability (ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, back)

        • Overall strength (upper and lower body)

        • Athletic development (agility, coordination, speed, power)

        • Conditioning (aerobic, anaerobic)

  • Offered Monday-Saturday, with morning and afternoon/evening options; seasonal changes to reflect school and summer, as well as modified holiday schedules.

    • Drop-In Sessions (single use): $40+HST​​​

    • 10 Session Package (no expiry): $350+HST​

    • 2 Sessions/Week Monthly Membership: $260+HST

    • ​Unlimited Monthly Membership: $400+HST​
