PROGRAM INFORMATION

OVERVIEW & PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Regardless of your team's sport, age, level, or training experience- strength and conditioning is a critical component of any athlete's development, performance, and health.

  • We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of training and coaching possible. You can expect a fully attentive, high energy environment with clear, consistent communication. Coaching athletes is not simply telling them what to do, but instead teaching them and creating a culture of learning and involvement in the process. 

  • For younger teams, training will emphasize:

    • overall stability, body awareness and coordination; fundamental movement mechanics, agility and speed; basic, foundational strength movements and exercises; teaching appropriate warm up strategies; and conditioning.

  • For older and/or more experienced teams, training will emphasize:

    • the same foundational concepts listed above, plus dynamic mobility and how to self-manage the physical demands of full-time sport; ​advanced speed, agility and complex force development; progressively advanced strength and power exercises, including weightlifting/olympic lifts; and conditioning. 

  • All team training sessions include physical testing to some degree. Younger groups will mainly test their bodyweight strength and basic jumping ability. Older groups will additionally test their strength, agility, and conditioning. 

  • Team building activities are an integrated component of team training sessions in the form of games, races, and competitive challenges. 

 

TRAINING OPTIONS & SCHEDULING

  • On-site training sessions (Adaptive State Training Facility)

  • Off-site training sessions (at your team's practice location)

  • Scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or any schedule that suits your team's practice and competition calendar. Please contact us for our current availability. 

  • Sessions are typically 75 minutes, but can be 60 or 90 minutes if preferred. 

  • Multi-session discounts available.
