JUNIOR (14-19)

PROGRAM INFORMATION

  • ​Maximum group size of 6 athletes per session.

  • All experience levels, sport backgrounds, and sport levels are welcome! Even injured athletes can sign up. We love assisting with rehabilitation and return to sport!

Session layout (1 hour sessions)

  • Warm up ~10-15 minutes​

    • Stretches, mobility, activations, dynamic movements, stability, hand-eye coordination, cardiovascular activity (skipping, biking, rowing, jogging, etc.)​

  • Main component ~40 minutes​

    • Variety of exercises​ covering a mix of the following training variables:

      • Core strength and stability​

      • "Pre-hab" for common areas of injury, weakness, and/or instability (ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, back)

      • Overall strength (upper and lower body)

      • Athletic development (agility, coordination, speed, power)

      • Conditioning (aerobic, anaerobic)

 
SCHEDULE

  • Full up-to-date schedule visible on our booking app, TeamUp (please see link below).

  • Offered 7 days per week, with morning and afternoon/evening options; seasonal changes to reflect school and summer, as well as modified holiday schedules.

  • You can simply pay per drop-in session, or save by purchasing a package of sessions or a monthly membership.

    • Drop-In Sessions (single use): $40+HST​​​

    • 10 Session Package (no expiry): $350+HST​

    • 2 Sessions/Week Monthly Membership: $260+HST

    • Unlimited Monthly Membership: $400+HST

Sam is doing a great job training my daughter, who plays high level hockey. She loves going to Adaptive State. The equipment and facility are top notch. Sam makes going to the gym fun and has a great relationship with the athletes she trains. My daughter has made tremendous physical gains over the years, which is preparing her to be ready to compete in the NCAA next season.

Sam and the staff at Adaptive State Performance are outstanding.

I have 3 girls ages 12-17 that have been involved in programs with Sam and team for a few years now. They look forward to each session and the results speak for themselves.


The staff genuinely care about each athlete. They want to see each athlete achieve their goals. The youth program and the team training sessions each of my daughters took part in have always outstanding. With only so much time and money to spend, we’ve always made sure to include programs at Adaptive in our family calendar.

Our daughter Ziva has been in the Youth Performance Program for two years, training twice a week, and the results have been amazing. Sam is knowledgeable, passionate, energetic, and a fantastic role model both inside and outside the gym.

We’ve seen major improvements in Ziva’s strength, confidence, and overall athletic development, which has translated directly to her performance in competitive hockey and soccer.
